A true model of efficient and scalable omnichannel strategy

Macron manages a complex multi-level eCommerce system composed of over 3,000 online stores and 171 physical stores worldwide. The structure is designed to support shipments to over 100 countries, including Italy, the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain and many other strategic markets.

Thanks to its collaboration with ShippyPro, Macron achieved a more centralized and streamlined management of its multi-level eCommerce network, along with measurable results: €34,000 saved through shipping automation, 7,000+ hours freed from manual tasks, and 1,149 operational errors avoided, leading to fewer complaints, faster processes, and an improved customer experience.

Macron, the history of sportswear

Founded in Bologna, Italy in 1971, Macron quickly established its own brand, designing and distributing technical clothing for football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, and rugby. Today, it is a leading company in the technical sportswear sector, with a turnover of 224 million euro in 2024.

In 2010, Macron launched the Macron Sports Hub project, offering sportswear, accessories, and merchandise, alongside an official online store. In 2019, it became the official supplier of UEFA referee kits. Its Teamsports business line now includes a marketplace for over 3,000 club eCommerce sites managed by 171 local stores. It is in this context that the collaboration with ShippyPro began.
