Revolutionising Fashion: Miroglio Group's omnichannel evolution


Founded in 1947 in Alba, Miroglio Group has evolved from a textile manufacturer into an integrated fashion enterprise, managing the entire value chain — from production and packaging through to retail and e-commerce. Today, through Miroglio Fashion, the group oversees brands including Motivi, Oltre, Fiorella Rubino, Elena Mirò, Luisa Viola, Diana Gallesi and, more recently, Trussardi. With over 2,800 points of sale, 9 proprietary e-commerce platforms and operations across Europe and the Middle East, Miroglio manages a highly sophisticated logistics ecosystem supported by advanced WMS, ERP, OMS and retail technologies.

As omnichannel operations expanded, logistics complexity grew significantly. Shipping flows, warehouse coordination, carrier integrations and Ship from Store processes required a more centralised and scalable infrastructure.
