ShippyPro Experience 2026: global brands, analysts and industry leaders meet in Florence to shape the era of Agentic Shipping

More than 200 eCommerce, logistics and technology leaders gathered at Manifattura Tabacchi in Florence as ShippyPro celebrated its 10th anniversary.

Florence, 30 September 2026 - ShippyPro, the Agentic Shipping Platform built for global commerce, hosted ShippyPro Experience 2026 on 24 September at Manifattura Tabacchi in Florence. The day focused on how AI and agentic commerce are reshaping fulfilment, delivery, returns and profitability, bringing together speakers from Forrester, Politecnico di Milano and Forbes Italia with executives from global brands such as Samsung, GUESS, Macron, and Manifatture Valcismon.

Keynote: logistics becomes cross-functional

In the keynote "The Future of AI in Logistics and Commerce Operations", CEO Francesco Borghi and COO Jacopo Toccacieli set out ShippyPro's vision: logistics is no longer a back-office function but a cross-functional driver of growth, customer experience and profitability. ShippyPro is evolving accordingly, with AI agents such as Automation, Tracking Solver and Invoice Analysis that work across shipping, support, marketing and finance, helping companies run logistics more autonomously and connect every shipment to its impact on the business.

"For ten years we have worked to make shipping simpler and help people work better," said Francesco Borghi, CEO and Founder of ShippyPro. "Logistics now touches every team, from support to marketing to finance. With AI we are making shipping more connected, more intelligent and more autonomous."

"Autonomous means operations that see a problem coming, decide what to do and act on it before anyone has to step in," said Jacopo Toccacieli, COO of ShippyPro. "That's what we call Agentic Logistics, and it's already running for our customers today. The next step is taking that intelligence beyond our own platform, to wherever teams work."

Market overview

The programme opened with some of the most authoritative voices in commerce and innovation. Roberta Vadruccio of Politecnico di Milano's School of Management explored how AI is reshaping physical and digital commerce. Chuck Gahun, VP Principal Analyst at Forrester, presented the state of agentic commerce in 2026, with data on how consumer behaviour in the US and UK is already changing. Alessandro Rossi, Director of Forbes Italia, shared how Italy is responding to innovation and AI.
