Any shipping label that is generated through ShippyPro (including return labels) is considered a single shipment. Reprinting a prior shipping label is not counted as an additional shipment, but re-shipping an order (as in generating a new label) is counted. Orders not fulfilled on ShippyPro will not count towards your limit
